Hi, I’m Cara Heino, the heart behind Sweet Caroline Productions—and I’ve had a camera in my hand for as long as I can remember.

Growing up in South Jersey, I spent countless hours making home movies with my cousins, filming everyday life, and creating vlogs throughout high school. Storytelling through video has always been my way of capturing the beauty in everyday moments and preserving them forever.

That passion led me to Liberty University, where I earned my bachelor’s degree in Cinematic Arts and Business. It was there that I sharpened my skills, developed my eye for detail, and discovered my true calling—wedding videography. There’s something incredibly special about documenting a love story as it unfolds on one of the most unforgettable days of someone’s life. I cry during just about every wedding I film—and I wouldn’t have it any other way.

Today, I’m based in Lynchburg, Virginia, but South Jersey will always be home. Virginia has truly stolen my heart, but I’ll always have saltwater in my veins—the ocean is my happy place, and I’ll never say no to filming a wedding by the beach.
